A GUIDED 21-DAY RESET
A guided 21-day experience designed to help you understand what your body actually responds to – through small daily shifts that fit into the life you’re already living.
This is not another diet, meal plan, or fitness program. It’s a practical framework to help you stop guessing and start noticing what works.
Guided · ~15 minutes a day · No gym · No calorie counting
If you’ve tried eating better, moving more, or following the advice you’re “supposed” to follow — and you still feel tired, foggy, inflamed, or just not like yourself — you’re not alone.
For some people, it’s exhaustion that never quite lifts.
For others, it’s bloating, joint pain, poor sleep, or labs trending the wrong way.
And for many, it’s a quiet sense that something is off, even if you can’t put your finger on it yet.
The conventional path works for some people.
But if it hasn’t worked for you, that doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It usually means you haven’t had a guide.
The 21-Day Primal Reset Challenge is a short, guided reset focused on how you Eat Real Food, Move More, and Rest Well — using principles rooted in how the human body is designed to function.
Each day, you’ll be guided through one small shift designed to fit into your existing routine — not overhaul it.
This program is:
A way to learn how your body responds to different inputs
A chance to notice real signals like energy, digestion, sleep, and focus
A framework you can keep using long after the 21 days end
This program is not:
A strict diet
A workout plan
A willpower challenge
A "perfect compliance" program

✦ Certified Primal Health Coach – PHCI
I'm Jenny – a Certified Primal Health Coach, a wife, and a mom to five boys. So yes, I understand what "busy" means.
I found Primal while searching for answers to my own health struggles. I was exhausted, foggy, dizzy, and frustrated that doctors didn’t have any answers because my labs were “normal”. I met with a variety of health specialists and doctors and went through several big diet changes, but I wasn’t getting anywhere. When I finally discovered the primal approach – eating real, unprocessed food, moving intentionally, and resting in alignment with how our bodies were actually designed to function – everything started to shift. Not overnight, but steadily. More energy. Clearer thinking. A body that felt like mine again.
I got certified because I wanted to help other people experience that same shift. Not through another restrictive diet or punishment workout, but through simple changes that work with your biology instead of against it.
I created the 21-Day Primal Reset Challenge to make the same change I experienced as accessible as possible. One small change a day. A coach in your corner. And 21 days that can genuinely change how you feel.
I'd love to walk through it with you.
The 21 days are broken into three weeks, and each one builds on the last. You don't need to plan ahead or figure out what comes next. Just show up each morning and follow the day.
Clear space. Stabilize energy. Lower inflammation.
Fair warning: this is the most hands-on week. We're clearing out what's been working against you and replacing it with a clean foundation. It's more effort upfront than the rest of the challenge, and that's intentional. This is the part that makes everything else click.
Strengthen metabolism. Build capacity.
The foundation is in. Now we build on it. You'll start protecting your energy (physical, mental, and metabolic) with small shifts that fit into the life you're already living. Nothing extreme. Just consistent.
Flexibility. Ownership. Long-term success.
By now, the habits are forming and the noise is quieter. This week is about taking what you've built and making it yours. You'll test it in real life, figure out what sticks, and start thinking beyond the 21 days. Because the goal was never just to finish a challenge. It was to finally have a clear answer for what actually works for your body.
Total daily commitment: ~15-20 minutes. The rest integrates into the life you're already living.
Every morning you'll get a short Daily Challenge email. Read it over coffee, come back to it throughout the day, and check in with the community when you're ready. Each one follows the same simple structure:
Each day starts with a short look at the why behind the challenge. Enough to help it make sense without overwhelming you.
One clear action for the day. Some days it's about food, some days movement, some days rest. All of it fits into the day you already have.
An optional next step if you have the time and energy. It's there when you want it, and totally fine to skip.
A couple of questions to help you notice what's shifting. This is how you start paying attention to what your body is telling you and learning to trust it.
Throughout the 21 days, you’ll have direct access to Jenny, a Certified Primal Health Coach – alongside a private cohort walking through the same process with you.
This means:
You're guided, not guessing
You can ask questions when something doesn't make sense
Someone notices if you disappear
You're supported without being pressured
Everyone’s experience is different, but many participants report:
Steadier energy without relying on caffeine
Less bloating and digestive discomfort
Building sustainable habits that stick
Reduced joint stiffness and inflammation
Feeling in control of food again
A better understanding of why they feel better
This program is a good fit if:
You feel like something is off and want clarity, not another plan
You’ve tried doing the “right” things and still don’t feel right
You want guidance, not rules
You’re open to small daily shifts instead of big overhauls
This program is not a good fit if:
You’re looking for a quick fix
You want a rigid meal plan or intense workouts
You’re not willing to notice and reflect on what your body tells you
You don’t have to commit to a new lifestyle.
You don’t have to believe in anything upfront.
You just have to be willing to pay attention.
In 21 days, you’ll have a much clearer sense of what supports your body — and what doesn’t.
